From growing up as one of thirteen children in Oklahoma City, OK to her interest in Anthropology at Emory University in Atlanta, Essy has always had a fascination and interest in the dynamics of people and culture. Her professional path has led her to various leadership and consulting roles at the regional and national level in large non-profit and corporate environments like Aflac, a Fortune 125 Company, and Medtronic, the largest global medical device company.
Essy brings to her current work in leadership and organizational development, 21 years of experience and a proven track record for uncovering opportunities that may have been previously overlooked and/or underutilized. Her passion is to help leaders show up as fully alive and healthy, increase their leadership competencies, and foster healthy organizational cultures that bring out the best in others.

Kenny brings over ten years of digital marketing experience, with an expertise in SEO and SEM/paid search advertising. In addition to search marketing, he is also an experienced marketing copywriter, having written blogs, feature articles, newsletter and press releases.
He is Inbound Marketing certified through Hubspot as well as Google AdWords and Bing Ads certified.
Based in Atlanta, Ga., his experience includes both agency and freelance work. Currently, he provides digital marketing services through his freelance company Norton Writing & Digital Marketing.

Kellie McGann is a writer and content creator for the Legacy 4:12 team and their clients. She’s been communicating and writing professionally since 2011. She’s ghostwritten six books, hundreds of blog posts, and dozens of eBooks. She believes that high-quality content will give business a leg-up in the competitive online world.
